Via FARE.ONE, a modern software solution is available to you, with which your can import negotiated fare rules 1 to 1 into your environment.

All fare-list information such as prices, booking classes, seasons, fare basis and paxtyp related rules are displayable besides routing conditions for single and multi-sector travel with complex stop rules, unlimited segments per direction under in- and excluding of code-share carriers/flight numbers and even segment specific add-on fares.

The registration of extended price rules for multifare/ multicarrier bookings guarantees, that complex tariff rules are maintained when requests for open jaws, class and fare-mix prices as well as reverse directional fares are made.

Loading data is achieved easily via an appropriately and ergonomically set up FARE.ONE entry mask. Thus, you input negotiated contracts according to your desired criteria regarding airline, seasons or airfare type.

In order to integrate the terminal server based application into the workflow of the respective person loading data, only internet access is required. No local software installation is necessary. Access to the fare-loading system, which is operated in our mainframe center, is achieved by using a RDP connection.

Net fares are on the one hand retrievable via the FARE.FINDER which checks all inserted fares and provides the information which is important for a manual availability check and the booking process in the GDS.

On the other hand we of course link FARE.ONE via our XML interface to various tour-operator software solutions such as topix, itour and travellink and others.

Alternatively, net fares are both retrievable and bookable via the respective front end, which we will gladly supply in the form of our >> LOW.FARE premium << booking engine.

If a flight trip is requested, the net-fare engine checks if a useable fare has been preset in the system and additionally if it is available in a GDS.

In order to reduce transaction costs and times, the entries regarding available seats and taxes next occur for product requests based on estimated data.
